New Clients
Projects are accepted according to the current workload. Currently, it is not uncommon to wait 3 to 4 months after initial contact before the Architect can begin your project. We appreciate your patience.
Fees
Because of the diversity of projects and due to her own work ethics, architectural services are billed on an hourly rate. The rate is currently $75/hour and covers everything from meetings, travel, design, drafting, and office time. After an initial meeting to discuss your project, Teresa will provide an estimate of architectural fees for the work.
